CrossFit Workout of the day
TIMETABLE
During the week (Monday to Friday), our classes are limited to 15-20 people per class.
This is to ensure we have plenty of space to train together as a group and also to allow the coach to give individual coaching to members as required. With classes of 20 people we have two coaches on the dance floor.
On Saturdays however, we like to let our hair down a little and have some fun with a larger group-workout (max. 30 people). Saturday workouts are usually a little longer and we often train in pairs or small groups. A great way to kick off the weekend!
All classes are scheduled for 60 minutes and include a Warm Up, Skill & Technique Focus, the Workout itself and a Cool Down.
Class places are on a 'first-come-first-served' basis and can be booked through our booking app, Wodify, which can be downloaded on both Apple and Android devices.
