Death by is a format of:
1 deadlift, 1 burpee in a minute
2 deadlifts, 2 burpees in a minute
3 deadlifts, 3 burpees in a minute
And keep going until you can not complete the reps within the minute
The cap is 10mins up, 10mins down.
If you can't complete a round of reps within the minute then re start back at 1
