HOW IT WORKS?

The only way to truly find out how something works is to experience it for yourself.

We encourage everyone taking the first step on a fitness journey to find a suitable CrossFit Gym and try a FREE CrossFit workout to make sure it matches their own personal fitness goals.

And don't worry, if you are new to CrossFit, the coach will be with you every step of the journey.

THE WORKSHOP GYM

TOP NOTCH FACILITIES, LOCATION & COACHING

Located in the basement of the 'Making it Work' building on Magennins Place (just off Pearse Street), we believe The Workshop is the best CrossFit Gym in Dublin. We are a fitness community that offers CrossFit, Personal Training, Corporate & Group Training and Yoga and boasts five-star amenities and fully equiped changing facilities.


The gym has been custom fitted by BLK BOX who are specialists in the design and fit-out of world class training facilities.

Neighbouring Trinity College, we are just a 2 minute walk from Pearse Street DART Station and less than 15 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Grafton Street.

CROSSFIT AT THE WORKSHOP

The Workshop CrossFit gym is built around three pillars: Community, Coaching and Programming and our purpose is to build a community where people become better versions of themselves both inside and outside of the gym. The goal is to make the time spent with us, the best hour of your day, your 'third place'. 

​

Led by the founder Coach Gaz, we offer 1-hour CrossFit Sessions 6 times a day, Monday to Friday which are limited to 15 people per class. We run 2 larger (30 person) fun, group-workouts on a Saturday morning which is a great way to kick off the weekend. Check out out class timetable on the link below for full schedule
