Coach Gaz.
My mission is to make the time you spend with us the best hour of your day when it comes to health and fitness. At the Workshop, you will get to train with a community of like-minded individuals, from young to old, from those new to fitness to those who love to compete. I created the Workshop for people just like you.

We encourage everyone taking the first step on a fitness journey to take a FREE trial to ensure it matches their fitness goals.
And don't worry, if you're new to CrossFit, the coach will be with you every step of the way.

THE WORKSHOP GYM
TOP NOTCH FACILITIES, LOCATION & COACHING
Located in the basement of the 'Making it Work' building on Magennins Place (just off Pearse Street), our members believe The Workshop is the best CrossFit Gym in Dublin. A vibrant fitness community that combines the disciplines of CrossFit and Hyrox style to deliver a complete workout seven days a week, boasting five-star amenities with fully equipped changing facilities and premium towel service.
The gym has been custom fitted by BLK BOX who are specialists in the design and fit-out of world class training facilities.

Neighbouring Trinity College, we are just a 2 minute walk from Pearse Street DART Station and less than 10 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Grafton Street.


CROSSFIT AT THE WORKSHOP
The Workshop is built around Community, Coaching, and Programming. Our purpose: To build a community where people become better versions of themselves inside and outside the gym. We aim to make your time with us the best hour of your day, your 'third place'.

Led by the founder, Coach Gaz, we offer seven daily instructor-led CrossFit Sessions, Monday to Friday, which are limited to 20 people per class.
We run two larger (30-person) fun, group workouts on Saturday and Sunday mornings that are Cardio/Hyrox style. Check out our class timetable, available at the link below, for the full schedule.
