MEET THE TEAM

Founder & Head Coach
Coach Gaz
I have been coaching for the last 12 years and coaching CrossFit for the last 9. I have coached 1000’s of people across my life and ready to help 1000's more.
I have devoted my life to this craft and I can’t wait for the opportunity to coach you.
I am a firm believer that, as a coach, you must look, live and act like a coach. You must devote yourself to this skill and never stop learning.
I am here every step of the way to help you on your fitness journey. Our tribe down at The Workshop is growing and I would love for you to pop down and experience this amazing culture and community for yourself.

Coach
Coach Ava
We're delighted to announce that Coach Ava has recently joined the team at The WorkShop CrossFit.
Ava will be taking part in a coaching development program with the goal of becoming a full time coach here over the coming months.
You’ll see Ava around the gym a lot more over the next few weeks.
Those that have already met her can agree that she is an amazing and kind human being.
If you haven’t met her make sure and give her a big friendly hello!

Coach
Coach Donncdha
I have worked with collegiate sports ranging from high performance to national level athletes but my passion has always been providing the best experience and progression possible to the 'everyday athlete'.
The people willing to put in that one hour out of their busy day to better themselves and the people around them.
That's why I fell in love with CrossFit and now strive to make the class the best hour of your day.

Head of Public Relations
Kilo
Kilo is Head Cheerleader and Head of Public Relations.
Main duties include ball-retrieving, greeting members, looking dreamy, rolling over, chasing his own tail, chewing abandoned trainers and making people smile.
Don't be fooled by the big fluffy ears and the puppy dog eyes....Kilo can be very naughty if left unsupervised.
Minor separation anxiety issues and will likely follow you wherever you’re going.
Loves nothing more than a nice belly-rub after a tough day in the gym.
