CROSSFIT JOURNEY?

The Beginners Guide to CrossFit 

STEP 1

Book Your Free Class

Please email us using the button below to book and schedule your free class to get you started. This class will be beginner-friendly with the goal of meeting your coach, seeing the gym and getting a sweat on.

STEP 2

After Your First Class

Upon completion of your first session and if you’re new to CrossFit we will discuss the best option for you to follow, whether that’s the beginner’s journey program for one month, or our full CrossFit membership

STEP 3

Your Journey Begins

Classes are held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6 PM. Two coaches are available, one to support you personally and the other to lead the group workout. We also suggest joining our Saturday fitness class, a fun, low-skill CrossFit workout perfect for easing into fitness. 

 

We want you to progress at your own pace: After completing a month, you can upgrade to a full CrossFit membership or continue with the Beginner’s Journey for another month.

STEP 4

Enjoy It!

We’re here to help you build a strong foundation for a lifelong fitness journey, one step at a time! Our goal is to give you the best hour of your day. We appreciate how scary it can be, but our friendly, experienced coaches are with you every step of the way. You will find a warm and welcoming community, all of whom have started as beginners and are also there to show their support.
