During the week (Monday to Friday), our classes are limited to 15 people per class.
This is to ensure we have plenty of space to train together as a group and also to allow the coach to give individual coaching to members as required.
On Saturdays however, we like to let our hair down a little and have some fun with a larger group-workout (max. 30 people). Saturday workouts are usually a little longer and we often train in pairs or small groups.
A great way to kick off the weekend!
