Minute 2: 18 DB Snatch (22/15kg)
Minute 3: 12 Shoulder to overhead (60/40kg)
Then grab a buddy and with no rest, complete:
300 Skips (split as needed)(doubles or singles)
90 DB Snatch (split as needed)
60 Stoh (split as needed)
The second part has a 15-minute time cap
