0-2mins: Bike for 1:45

2-4mins: Ski for 1:45

4-6mins: Row for 1:45

6-8mins rest

 

Ladies goal pace

Rx = 1:55-2:00 or 2:00-2:10

Fellas goal pace:

RX = 1:40-1:45 or 1:50-2:00

 

Your goal is to hold the above pace for as long as you can; the cap is 1:45mins

If you fall off the pace, keep moving at a slower pace.

 

Record how long you can hold the time domain for every erg interval (9 intervals in total)
