Min 2: 4 Double DB Clean and jerk + 8 Single Arm DB Clean and Jerk


Min 3: 16 Shuttle run


(goal is between 8-16 reps on push ups and TTB)

RX = 2 x 22/15kg

Pace = Fast

Duration = Moderate
