25/18 Cal Row/Ski

100 Double Unders (or 50 or 150 Singles)

After 3 rounds of the above, with the remaining time complete an AMRAP of:

Snatches for the first AMRAP

Clean and Jerks for the 2nd AMRAP

(rx is 60/40kg)
