0-2mins: 40/30/20 Bike Calories

2-4mins: HSPU + Pull Up Combo*

(RX: Scale Pull ups to chest to bars + HSPU to strict)

*Pick a multiple of 4(up to 16)

The goal is to pick and stick these reps for the workout. Both can be different reps. Example 8+8, 4+12 etc
