3 Rounds:

 

0-4mins: Ski/Row/Bike Interval

 

4-8mins: 15 DB bench Press 930/17.5kg) + 15 BB Strict Press (40/25kg)

 

. Intervals will be 250m easy, 250m hard, 250m easy, 250m hard

. On the bike this will be double

. Change machine each round

reduce to 200m intervals if needed
